This series of music videos that I have created have accumulated over 800,000 YouTube plays as well as having been broadcast on music channels here in the U.K, in Europe, as well as in Canada and the U.S. It's a big thrill to turn on a music TV channel while you are eating your cornflakes in the morning and up pops a video that you have created in amongst videos by your favourite bands and artists.
Music videos are interesting little films if you think about it. If you do something other than a performance video then you are making a little silent movie where you need to tell a story in around 3 minutes.

This video was created for my own band. I scripted the story, produced and edited the video and as I was performing in the video asked Louise to direct it for me. Thanks to Rosalyn Boder, Alex McGillivray and Simon Keene for appearing in the video.
This video that was created for Bury Tomorrow picked up music TV plays in the U.K, Europe, the U.S and Canada and currently has picked up 658,000 plays on YouTube. We filmed it in a disused cold war underground bunker in the Wiltshire countryside.

This video for Burn The Fleet was broadcast on the Lava TV music channel here in the U.K and has had over 26,000 plays on YouTube. For the performance part of the video we shot in an empty shed out next to Ranch Productions. I was keen to use the natural light coming in the windows so timed the shoot to get the sun in the right place. We used a jib on this shoot too. Thanks to Jay Dick and Hannah Mahoney for appearing in the story. Shooting the story at night in the woods was tough and cold!
This video for I Am Forever was broadcast on the Scuzz TV music channel here in the U.K and has had over 26,000 plays on YouTube. The video was shot in a field in Somerset over the course of a day and a night. Filming at night in the dark is hard work!
This was the second in a series of three videos I created for Scarlet Soho and is my favourite of the three. We filmed it in a boxing gym in Southampton.
This was the third in the series of three videos I created for Scarlet Soho and features a mime artist. Look out for the scene with the heart in a box at the end.
Filmed in and around the legendary Joiners venue in Southampton this video has had over 8,000 YouTube plays.
The second video for Checking Pulse with the band having a much edgier sound. Story concept by the band.
The first of the three Scarlet Soho videos. The colours of the lights were an important aspect of the video. The most watched of the three videos with over 12,000 YouTube plays.
The second video for Bury Tomorrow. We filmed it in Unit nightclub in Southampton. The band invited their fans to the shoot and there were so many people that turned up the queue to get in was running down the street! Inside during the shoot was chaos as there were so many people in the room. A couple of people got hurt in the mosh pit.
The first video I shot for my own band. We filmed in an industrial unit. The protest footage was provided by Paul Maple. The most watched of The Reaktors videos with over 15,000 plays on YouTube.
Another video for The Reaktors where I was interested to shoot a video without any of the band in it. The track is much longer than the video and is my favourite track that we have recorded and performed.
