Location Filming Around Rosslyn Chapel

One of the amazing things about living in Scotland is several of the people I do work for are really keen on the idea of coming to Scotland for video shoots with me. Drive up to Scotland and stay for a day or two somewhere scenic or iconic like Edinburgh. What’s not to like?

Somewhere outdoors and beautiful not far from Edinburgh was the request. “Sure. I know the very place. Roslin Glen right next to Rosslyn Chapel.“ Of course a little visit to the world famous Rosslyn Chapel was in order.

It was my first time visiting. I knew about it from reading Dan Brown’s DaVinci Code years ago and I saw the film when it came out back then too of course.

The visitor centre is really good and the chapel is amazing. Well worth a visit. No sign of the Holy Grail or the ghost of the brown robed monk though!

The filming went really well. A bit cold being outdoors all day in January! The newly shot videos will form part of an online training course I am building for the client.
